Probiotic Question

What do you take for probiotics? Any of I’ve tried make me really sick! I want to take them, and I know that they make you feel worse before better, but they truly make me ill. Like vomiting and diarrhea so bad I had to call off work for two days!

Is there anything natural I could start with to work up to a probiotic?

I do love yogurt and I know that has probiotics in it and that doesn’t affect me at all. Thoughts?
