PreE vs Tension Headache

I have preeclampsia already and had it with my first. I have had a horrible headache that does not go away. I feel like it is tension because it comes and goes in my neck then it in like someone’s squeezing the front of my head. Forehead, temple and behind my eyes always.

Anyone have any experience with difference. I don’t want to be wrong but don’t want to be admitted for a premature delivery over just a tension headache when my blood pressures are fine!

Any tricks to rid of it? In a bad cycle. I’ve on off ice and heat for my neck
