I took them when I was trying. After I found out I was pregnant I just which to a prenatal vitamin.

My doctor told me to take the women’s daily vitamin because some of my levels were low. This was before I decided to ttc, Ive looked at the prenatal ingredients and my vitamins I take. There’s not much of a difference between the two that I could tell, plus these haven’t hurt my stomach like the gummies use to. I’ve just been taking these, but if I ever do happily fall pregnant I will definitely use prenatals. I just didn’t know if these were okay for now until I run out of these vitamins😅
