Baby acne or rash?

My baby girl is 6 weeks today and I noticed this spot on her left cheek. At first I thought it was only baby acne but it’s only on her left cheek. Seems weird it’s only on one spot and it’s very dry and flaky. Any concern or just keep adding lotion ?

Looks like it may be eczema. If you’re nursing use some breast milk on the spot to clear it up!

My baby had the same thing on both cheeks. Either eczema or heat rash, we started using the cream below and wrapping our son in a lighter blanket at night and it cleared right up!
