So in the middle of the night I was having some pretty painful back contractions. My SO said I was tossing and turning all night. And I know I was constantly waking up, and going back to sleep. Well, on the way to work and at work, for 2 hours I was having contractions I could time. They weren't exactly painful to go in. But, they just stopped. I really only ever got more throughout the day if I was sitting. So, I thought about it. The only thing I've done different is use a neck massager to massage the pressure point between the ankle and heel of my feet. I'm currently sitting down doing it again in hopes to help start up my labor 🤗 Currently 38+5. I have to contract on my own or I'll have to have another cesarean
