PTSD...

I seriously think I have PTSD from my miscarriage..... every time AF comes I get anxiety and flash backs when I see blood and I know I'm not having a miscarriage it's just my AF but still this feeling comes over and anxiety hits and I get like idk how to describe it.... i just hate to see AF I guess just give me bad memories
