Dying of heat in a AC room is a real struggle, one which my husband doesn’t seem to understand. Resorted to being in least amount of clothes and cup of ice water on hand at all times.

I keep our house at 70-72 and I am still sooooooo hot! I don’t think it’s the outside temperature lol it’s probably what’s going on inside our bodies.

I literally can’t even sleep unless my house is below 71 degrees. At least I’m the one paying the power bill cause it’s still 95 here.
