11.5 weeks with 1st. What are your symptoms like so far?

Yesterday and today I just feel...weird. idk how to describe it, my stomach feels like I went on a million roller coasters. It feels upset but not in the same "nauseous" way it did earlier in the pregnancy. I never had bad morning sickness, never threw up. Anyone know the weird feeling I'm talking about? My lower abdomen is so sore and crampy, kind of like period cramps, but very mild. And my lower back is sore. Is this all normal? 😬 I had a missed miscarriage back in March so I'm like extra nervous 😭

On the bright side, I have my next ultrasound next Wednesday!!! 😁😁😁
