so i’ve recently got on the pill again. but after being diagnosed with BPD i decided to stop taking them since i can’t control my mood swings. it’s been at least 3-4 days without taking the pill. BUT i am spotting a lot and i had just gotten off my period a day before i started my first set of pills though i got my period for an extra day after i took my first few pills. is this normal? this is my first set of pills..
