Help!!! I had my baby 7 months ago and I had my period soon after her 6 month mark. Around my daughter six month mark my breast feeding supply had gone way down and I struggled to make enough milk for my baby so I was wondering if the lack of nursing caused my period to come back. Now my daughter is 7 months old and my milk supply is back up and I’m back to nursing more often. Can the increase of breast feeding again make my period go away again?!? Is that even a thing?!?

my husband and I use the pull out method. I’ve been using this app since my period arrived last month and it says that I should have already started my period for this month And now the app says I am at least 3-4 days late. I took a pregnancy test this morning it said negative but I think I took it too soon. Help what do I do? Wait and retake a test a few days later.
