Ranting, scared nervous

I haven't gotten a period at all this year 😥 my sinuses flared up in agust causing a lot of drainage (very weird to me) every little thing with spice gave me heart burns (not normal for me) now my left nipple been sore all day. ..... Web MD told me hormonal change, Google told me cancer I have set an appointment for in the morning but I'm really nervous because cancer runs in my family like oxygen 😒
