Sex & Toys keep hurting. Endometriosis?

Ive never really experienced pain during sex, but the last recent times ive played with toys or had sex it feels like a strong pressure that i cant explain really. Also some times while moving around, i get sharp pains in the same spot. It hurts when i poop sometimes as well. It sounds like endometriosis to me, but i wanted some feedback before i visit the doctor. And if you have endometriosis what were your first symptoms?

Edit: i forgot to add that in the beginning i thought i was pregnant (because of the symtoms) such as major nausea and bloating and well as increased appetite. But i knew i couldn't be because im on nexplanon (the inplant) i dont have regular periods so its hard to tell whats going on with my body. Any advice helps!
