Not feeling anything while having sex

So I’ve had sex twice with the same guy and we were both virgins before. We use a condom for sex because I’m not aloud to be on the pill. I don’t feel pleasure unless he goes hard (sorry TMI) I’m not sure if this is just me or if I have to do something to get pleasure. I just want to know if I need to do anything or if it’s something that happens over time.
