Anyone already expecting another one?! My lil bean is almost 10 months and I think I'm pregnant again!

Light cramping, light spotting, dizziness, nausea, cravings galore, stuff I wrote off the first time. Plus I just had a nosebleed, and I don't get those when I'm not pregnant 😂 last time I had one I was in early 3rd trimester. So far I've had 2 negative tests but 🤷🏼‍♀️ I just kind of FEEL it. Anyone else?
