In my country having sex below age 18 is illegal . And I agree it because below 18 years all are kids. They don't know what they are doing and so there is no point of consent of either parties.. sex below age 18 is illegal and it's a rape.

Where I live (Tasmania, Austalia) the age at which you can consent to sex is 17. However, there is a law that allows people under the age of consent, to have sex with someone within 5 years of theit age if 15 and 3 years if 13. This means that statutory rape of a 15yo by a 20yo is legal, which is abhorant.

Legal age of consent in my country is 16. I think people are going to have sex regardless of it being legal or not. But it both parties are the same age and they are both under 16 not a lot gets done as neither are old enough to be charged with anything.

In my country the legal age is 16. 
It's a bit messed up though because even though the legal age is 16, a child as young as 13 is allowed to get an abortion without her parents permission or knowledge.
