7 weeks old, going crazy!

My baby boy is 7 weeks today and for the past two days he has been fussy throughout the day (not bad but its hard to put him to sleep and stay asleep during the day). He usually bathes, then drinks his bottle around d 9-10 and sleeps until 3-4 then again at 8. He has been waking up every 3 hours hungry. I'm so tired. Is this a growth spurt?
