I’m 26 weeks and 4 days pregnant and I got an injection of Clexane yesterday, I was fine all yesterday apart from a lump on the area which I know is common enough, had a scan yesterday and baby was perfect.

This morning I went the toilet and there was no blood in urine but there was spots of blood when I wiped for the first time ever in pregnancy. I didn’t think too much of it but all afternoon I have been cramping quite bad and my stomach has a weird pressure kind of feeling, should I call the labour Ward as the doctor here is nearly closed and won’t be able to see me today? Normally I tell everyone to call the ward if unsure but I don’t want to seem like I’m wasting their time if this turns out to be nothing.
