My husband had a truck without back seats.. we only take baby in my car because I don't want  her in his truck but I did look into it and it's completely legal and safe without airbags.

That is rear facing. That’s a 2 door truck my babysitter is driving ☹️ That’s my point. He’s in the front seat.. She has the passenger airbag off but still I’m still upset. She shouldn’t be driving with him in there

The seat is too upright. Also should be rear facing. It looks like babys head is higher than the head thing, I’d take that off.

For an infant seat it needs to be rear facing. Every kid should rear face to a minimum of 2 yrs old. Also if this is an infant seat, as it appears to be, it looks too upright.
