It *is* possible to get too much of some vitamins that you can't just "pee out" because they're fat-soluble rather than water-soluble. You should only be taking the prenatal.

It would be a waste of one if the vitamins as you are overloading your system with vitamins. You’ll pee out most of the extra, bit some you won’t!
