This would be the third day I’ve experienced this. Funny thin is, I only notice the blood after I wipe. If it is not implantation bleeding, then how do I tell the difference between a period and miscarriage?

I am starting to take vitamins, but I don’t know how much it would influence blood tests. Because my immune system cells, hemoglobin, and red blood cell count has raised. Would that increase at the start of a period?

Implantation bleeding should be brown or/and pink not red and defo not with what looks like a blood cloth.
