Nervous about Gynie appt tomorrow...

I have an appointment tomorrow where I'll have the genetic blood tests taken and maybe an ultrasound... I never really worried about things like Down or Patau syndrome before I found out that those were what I was being screened for, but now I am feeling super anxious.

I'm 28 and I got pregnant very quickly after coming off the pill, so I'm feeling guilty about my good fortune (with how easy it was for me to get pregnant and with life in general lately) and now I am terrified that my luck will run out and I'll get bad news from the screening and/or ultrasound...

Am I worrying unnecessarily? Anyone else had the same sickening feeling in the lead up to the tests and the results? 😰
