How to get Fmla for 8 weeks as oppose to 6
Hey ladies,
My job offers short term disability for 8 weeks for 100% pay, my doctors office put on the paper that I would be out for 6 weeks for a vaginal birth but I would like to do 8 instead. How should I go about having them extend it to 8 weeks instead of 6?
