Labor nearing?

I am 37+1 and have been having inconsistent contractions for about 24 hours.. wouldn’t think anything of it except I’ve also been having waves where I feel like I have the flu. Randomly getting the shivers and feeling nauseous and sometimes accompanied with diarrhea. I have a dr appt fri, but not sure if I should be prepared to go into labor here soon?🤷🏼‍♀️

I started having these same symptoms around 37 weeks. I've had bouts of contractions. I had 8 hours of contractions that were 8-10 min apart, then they stopped and I was only getting maybe one or two an hour 🙄. A couple nights ago I had 2 or 3 hours of some that were anywhere from 4-8 minutes apart that also just stopped. Currently just about 39 weeks now and still nothing 😪 I have been super crampy and losing lots of mucus plug today. I have an appointment tomorrow. I'm curious to see if I've made anymore progress! Really hoping so! This pregnancy has been so different than my first so I just have no clue what to expect 😂

Same!! All but the diarrhea!! I’ve been having horrible back pain/labor and contraction but there not constant even to be in active labor! My temperature has been messing with me and I feel so sick at my stomach I dont want to eat
