Omg wtf (Help)

So according to Glow my Af is delayed by 4 days and other app af is today and I’ve had several negative test. No af but I’ve had on and off twinges like little cramps since about 3 days. Then stopped and no cycle. Strong sense of smell, tired all the time, sensitive nipples just like last pregnancy time. Also creamy white discharge and irritable & emotional and also I have to pee all the time. According to glow I ovulated on the 19th and during that time I had ovulation spotting and I bd every day including days after plus before and whole fertile window. One app says ovulation on 20th. I definitely bd at the right time. I have the feeling this is it, this is my month but this wait is killer smh. I think I just implanted and so how long after can I test? What do you ladies think 🤔
