Should I?

So my bf and I had sex and we always use a condom. I have enough anxiety over the thought of pregnancy that I seldomly am up to having protected sex, let alone unprotected. But of course we were careless one night and we had sex without a condom and he didn't pull out (at that point I didn't care of he did or didn't). Two days later I took Plan B because I finally got paid. I'm also on birth control (the pill) and have been for about 6 months now. I'm 3 days late and this happened two weeks ago. Should I take a pregnancy test or wait a couple more days? I can't afford to get pregnant rn and I'm starting to worry a little.

Update: how long should I wait before panicking and buying a test?
