1st Pregnancy, taking medication and need advice!

Church

I was positive I could not get pregnant, or at least carry past a certain point, but after a few years of TTC and giving up, I found myself with the bright blue plus signs that bring happiness but nervousness as well 3 days ago, missed period was 18 days ago so I've got to be incredibly early, my biggest worry is I've had 4 surgeries, all of my limbs have been rebuilt with titanium, bone grafts and muscle and tendon transplants, so I'm on a pain regimen of 1 to 3 7.5 hydrocodones a day, and I used to have stress induced seizures so I take 2 mg Ativan a night or 1 mg twice a day, luckily this is much less than I'm actually prescribed and I've already been trying to ween off of my meds before finding out I was pregnant, but I've thrown up so much within the past few days and I'm trying to figure out what I can or can't hold down, is it normal to have slight twinges/cramping, my doctor appointment isn't for another week and obviously, I'm worried, I know Im going to hurt and am practically dropping the majority of my medications including non-narcotics such as antibitotics, antidepressant and anti inflammatories, along with weening off the narcotics at the same time- has anyone else who was on these types of medications have worse symptoms and been okay, or I guess all I'm really asking is anyone who's had similar circumstances surrounding their pregnancy have a healthy one and if so what are some things I can do, any apps that could help me as well such as food, health tracking, excercises etc that's beneficial for the baby but not overdoing, can my extent of dry heaving hurt the embryo/fetus, also is CBD oil a safe alternative for stress and pain relief during pregnancy-no thc- I know I'm asking alot of questions but....yeah, I'm quietly freaking out-asking for a friend!
