Tearing during delivery
So, I know some women tear when they deliver their baby (I was one of them w/ a second degree tear). Reading others delivery stories and comments when getting stitches they felt everything; so my question is, do some hospitals not give you a local anesthetic before stitching you up? I had to get stitches but they numbed me up down there before putting in any.
