twin mommies without help

how do you manage on your own I am so exhausted? I could really use some encouragement right now hubby works away and isn't home for a week straight and I can't find anyone willing to actually help, people say they will until I ask. I have twins a 17 month old and an 11 year old I have been up every night this week until between 3am and 5am they finally will settle down and sleep but they eat every 3 hours and I have to pump every 3 at night and 2 during the day. my 11 year old needs up for school at 7 and my 17 month old gets up between then and 8 and won't go back to sleep. I feel like I'm going to fall over or passout I am so exhausted I've had a bad head ache all day today. I just need advice or something
