I am currently 27 weeks pregnant and during the night last night I woke up on my back.. I turned to roll over and it seriously felt like I pulled something on my lower right side (sort of where my ovaries are). I got cramping for about 30 minutes-1 hour after that and this morning I noticed a bit of blood in my underwear

I haven’t bled all day today, no cramping or Braxton Hicks. But when I layed down to take a nap I have gotten some twinges if slight pain in my lower right side again the pain isn’t anything major I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar??

Also baby is moving fine!
