this is my second cycle with it... it's been easier than the first time. It definitely takes a bit of playing around with... be patient! 
For me so far the best part is not having to think about it at all except when I get up and go to bed (change every 12hrs). No worrying about leakage or TSS.

Following! I’m planning on switching to a cup for next cycle. So excited to see how it goes! I took a quiz on “putacupinit.com” to see which cups would be best for me. I’m debating between LENA & Lunette.

I have been using the Lady cup for over a year. It’s much more comfortable and way less drying and irritating than tampons. Honestly I didn’t even know that I had those issues with tampons until after I switched though. It took me two cycles to get really confident with using it. Also my period slowly lessened in length from six days to four. There is a ton of different sized cups and if you have the wrong size it can be uncomfortable. You can google cup comparisons and also find info on how to measure so you get the right one.

I've used the diva cup for my last two cycles. It definitely takes some practice but I prefer it over tampons!
