Are you working during IVF cycle?

It was fine! My boss let me flex my hours and take off as needed after I told her what was going on. I couldn’t have asked for better support.

I’m planning on working up until the transfer. Then I’m gonna take leave for two weeks. My job is physically and emotionally draining plus I give chemotherapy so don’t really want to be exposed to cytotoxics. I plan to go and see friends and family and do some nice things 😊

I'm not working through stims as I am an emotional vomiting mess. with no energy.

I am a teacher, so can’t flex time. This is my first IVF (day 3 of stimming) I am praying that the blood tests go quickly and I can get to work on time. I will have to take some mornings off work and am just hoping I respond quickly to the meds and don’t need another round or too much additional testing. 
If there are any other teachers in here...I have a student teacher and that makes me feel a lot better about having to miss work.

I would be interested in what others are doing because I’m just waiting on my funding to come back then hoping it will be time to start IVF...I’ve already spoken to my boss & he doesn’t want me to work when I have to inject & wants me to be as comfortable & stress free as possible which I agree with, my job can be quite draining & I can be working for like 10 hours, plus an hour travelling some days so I’m sort of wanting time off but unsure how that works with peoples jobs/getting paid etc or maybe part time would be a opinion too.
