Groin/pelvic pains?

Lately I’ve been noticing it’s hard to walk, get comfortable or sit for long because I’ve been having groin/hip/thigh area pain. I’m 33weeks along with my first and just wondering if any of you have experienced this and what you did to help relieve the pain? Thanks

Normal I’ve had it since about 27-28 weeks my boy is soooooo low has been this whole time

I’m 30 weeks and am getting the exact same. Just prepping for the big day I think :/

I’m 30 weeks with my second and feel like I’ve been punched in my public region.... 😞 I believe it’s normal though super uncomfortable. Not sure what else helps I’ve heard of a belly band but hasn’t looked into it. All I know is idk how I’m going to get through the next ten weeks and get bigger!

Yes!! So uncomfortable but stretching/yoga and warm baths seem to help!

Go to a chiropractor they help so much with pregnancy hip and pelvic pain, and they help get your body inline for labor, also do some stretching before bed.

My OB said it's just ligaments that are stretching! I'm crippled at 36 weeks😕
