Rape flashbacks

I was raped when i was 9 by my neighbor who i thought of as a brother.. i never told anyone but my mom who said it was too late to do anything about it, she recently passed away and now im having nightmares and flashbacks to the event, i also i started remembering parts of it that my brain had blocked out before 😓
