Good morning,
I was wondering if there any Vegan or Vegetarian Ladies here? I’ve been meat free for 5 months now but I’ve noticed that I’ve been craving Seafood a lot lately (my weakness). I don’t do any dairy products at all (yay me, since I’ve loved Milk and Cheese all my life) My main problem is SOY 😞 it’s in everything I noticed unless I’m eating only veggies and fruits. I love a good Chicken Substitute or some other Meatless options. Does anyone else have a problem with eating soy? If so how’s your Soy Intake? If you eat a lot of soy products have you noticed any changes in your body? Ive noticed that my cycles have been really heavy especially after I learned that Soy has Estrogen in it.
