Do you guys think I can dress this dress up with accessories?

It’s an outdoor wedding in Tennessee (fall / late October) 
So I dont want to be cold. I want to be comfortable. Do you think it’s too causal ?
Semi formal is what they put on the invite.

I think any dress can be dressed up with jewellery and shoes + a nice hairdo and makeup. Go for it, you'll look lovely.

I think it’s semi formal, although I can’t tell the fabric type. Fabric counts for a lot. I think it would look really nice with strappy shoes and a long gold multi chain necklace.

That's not what I'd consider semi-formal but I'm old school. You can definitely dress it up to make it more formal with fancy hair and the right accessories. It's a nice dress, fitted but not revealing, very appropriate for a wedding in that manner.
