Is this normal?? Sorry if it’s TMI🙊

I’m 18 TTC and so far AF is 9 days late. I’ve took a test and it was a BFN but then I started cramping and had a blob of jelly like CM with a tiny bit of blood.. When I wipe its like a brownish color and I’m 23 dpo... Is this normal before AF comes?
