I never thought/knew i had to stay away from certain foods while breastfeeding Bc that would cause colics 😩😩 my bby is 1 month old today he has been super fussy for the last 2 weeks! N i started researching and it says stay away from coffee n spicy food 😞 literally all i have been eating i feel like a horrible mom! And just a side note i had no intention to breastfeed when he was born but he latched on like a pro and now i decided to stop breastfeeding and I’m so emotional about it!!!
