Any second time Csection moms experienced this?

Question

My scar feels like it’s being ripped open , it hurts to touch. I’ve also had the worst burning pain in my scar . It’s been 2 1/2 years since I was cut open and I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant . It’s not all the time pain, it comes and goes about 3x a day.

I had my daughter march 2017 and with that scar it itches so bad and is still very red my first daughter I had metal staples scar was almost invisible and 2 1/2in long with my second it was the inside staples I got an infection with them my scar is little over 3 in like 3 1/2 and is raised I’m currently 16 weeks with my 3rd girl and I’m honestly terrified of how the scar will be after

I had the burning with my first csection. Second is scheduled for the 24th. My doctor prescribed a cream that was fantastic- a mix of lidocaine and gabapentin. Really helped the first time around, and lots of icing the incision. Also the c-panties helped- they’re like spanks.

I am now 36 weeks with my second child. I had a c section with my first, and my scar feels like it’s got a ton of pressure on it on the inside like my muscles are cut all over again but without the external pain. Mine is all the time with my pelvic pain though. Sometimes I feel burning on the outside like the scar tissue is stretching slowly. My son is only 1 year and 3 months old, so mine is even more recent i guess.
