Possible thrush?? Nipple pic

Always had sore red nipples from the beginning. Right more than Left. last few days I have noticed the left one starting to hurt when it wasn't previously baby appears to be latching fine although my nipples look different shaped. Baby has begun to pull off frequently. Thought perhaps it was nipple confusion due to Soother use. But she tries to latch onto anything that comes near her mouth so I'm not sure. She will whine and cry while nursing, I contribute that to needing really tired though, or do I thought

. She does have a bit of acid reflux so maybe that's it? Can't see into her mouth enough to see if she has thrush. I get a kind of tingling discomfort sometimes in different areas of my breasts not just the nipple. Doctors and nurses don't take me seriously they keep just saying the pain will get better with time. Going to see a lactation consultant next week finally. Ridiculous wait times will be 6 weeks old then.
