Practice mindfulness while TTC with brand new Glow Fertility Meditations

We get it, trying to conceive can be incredibly stressful. And it really doesn’t help when your friends tell you to “just relax and it will happen.”

But like it or not, easing stress and practicing mindfulness can help to make your TTC journey more enjoyable. That’s why we’ve created a new series of Glow Fertility Meditations. While guided meditations through apps have become more popular, ours are unique because they’re designed specifically for women who are trying to conceive. This series contains 10 meditations that correspond to each specific phase of your cycle.

We worked with Lauri Black, MS, LCGC, a fertility and genetics expert, to create these meditations that will help you align your mind and body for conception. Each session lasts about 10 minutes, and can be enjoyed multiple times.
