No you can just go to any OBGYN and they can show you the baby on an ultra sound :) then they will explain everything to you! And what options you have.

I don’t know how it works elsewhere, but I work in a doctors office in Canada and you see your family physician or if you don’t have one a walk in doctor and then they’ll confirm your pregnancy in clinic, send you specific blood work and refer you to an OB, unless you’ve already seen an OB then you can directly book your appointment with them.

Well if you have a dr you’d like to deliver the baby you should probably set up your appointment with them, but that’s up to you! 
Definitely get an appointment soon. To confirm pregnancy with blood test
