Spotting 1 day before ovulation? Please help

Ovulation is tomorrow, I started having spotting today with some sharp cramps. 
Could this be ovulation bleeding? 
Please help

I thought I had that too 🤔 been spotting off and on couple of days now and af is 8 days away
