Pregnancy has two modes at least for me, you’re stopped up begging for the toilet Gods to allow you to poop just once or you have to run to the bathroom and praying just to be stopped up again. It’s a real delight so far.

Mine comes and goes. With my first two kiddos my constipation become bad between 30-40 weeks. I’m 20 weeks with my third and I’m starting to get days where it’s hard to go! Make sure to intake a lot of fiber! It’s due to the high progesterone levels and digestion slows during pregnancy so our babies receive nutrients. Hang in there and drink Metamucil if you need to. It’s a fiber drink that helps move things along. Much love and keep hydrated ❤️

Its on and off. Sometimes its really bad other times its easy...and yet others you get the runs. Oh the joys!
