I asked hubby what he wanted for his birthday dinner and he said "surprise me ". I already have chicken breasts thawed out and ready to go. He's really liked these dinners in the past, so I know he's going to like either one,

The Italian chicken bake is pretty much Italian seasoned chicken breast, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese. After it's baked, I roll out crescent rolls (with butter & garlic) on top of the chicken and bake until the rolls are done.

The creamed chicken & biscuits is like a pot-pie casserole. I'll cook the chicken with gravy, diced potatoes, carrots, corn, peas, and green beans. Once it's all cooked together, it's served hot over biscuits.

Which one sounds better to you ladies??
