So my SO had a semen analysis with results of 0% morphology and 72% IgG antisperm antibodies. Our family doctor didn’t quite know what to make of the results and simply referred us to a fertility clinic. So far I have had my cycle day 21 blood work (which was normal) and I feel like we are dealing with male factored only by we’ll know for sure once the rest of my testing is done.

The issue is that the fertility clinic doctors are gynaecologists. Our appointment with them is in just over two weeks and I’m wondering if we should go back to our family doctor to get a req to see a urologist in the meantime? I understand that no matter who the fertility issues are with the women has the most invasive procedures to endure so it makes sense that there are mostly gynaecologists on staff at the fertility clinic but why are there no urologists?! So confused.
