All my TTC ladies that got the dreaded visit
Last month after my mc I started charting my cycle but I used my pre mc numbers. My cycle changed and I’m now on a 30 day cycle. Like I had my first af on the 5th of August and literally started on the 5th of September. (Slipped my mind) So in a way I’m happy because I know it’s not that I’m not fertile any more and my cycle came back regular. I also ovulated later then I thought last month so this month I brought ovulation test so I know when to do the do. But I promised this month I would not make it a task but instead go back to enjoying my hubby. So to all my ladies who have suffered losses and those who are trying to make a baby:
Last month I almost gave up hope and I cried a little and I put so much stress on me that no baby would have thrived in there. I know it’s hard seeing announcers and those who you don’t feel deserve to be moms get the greatest gift. Trust me I understand all too well. Those who mistreat babies disgust me but hang in there. I’m starting to see the balance and that in it’s perfect time it will happen. Allow yourself to relax and fall back in love with your SO. Your af came? It’s ok and I know it’s depressing so break the rules tonight and get you a glass of wine. Hell make you a sangria and run you a tub of water with some vajay jay safe bubbles and journal. Let ttc slip out of your mind for 2 days on your af and just smile a little. This way when it’s time to go back to baby fever you’re making love and not work when SO comes to.
You deserve to be a mom but you also deserve to be happy. Today for the first time in 28 days I let myself be the silly person I was before all this. I took a walk to the ice cream spot and after I took my prenatals & my aspirin I ran me a tub of water and lit my candles. After I finish this post I’m going to lay in it while I vape and finish designing this dress for my “Your Maternity, Your Way” line. I’m also writing a TTC book as I am a Holistic Doula.
Ladies do yourself a favor during this new cycle and relax, do something that makes you smile and post a pic. Also remember when you do stress relieving activities such as yoga, walking, swimming, masturbate and even af sex it releases endorphins and helps with cramping. If af sex isn’t your thing well cool but do something calming.
Period Sex Tip: Soft Cups, Cervical Sponges And Period Sponges make it less messy & so does shower sex.
