Dry skin breastfeeding

Anyone else suffering with really dry skin? Mines gradually gotten worse as the weeks have passed whilst breastfeeding. There isn’t a hint of moisture! Been moisturising up to 3 times a day but it’s still flaky, red and itchy. Can’t even wear makeup because it’s causing more irritation. Any suggestions on what will help?
