My period has been so irregular lately. Last time I got my period was in April of 2018 and it lasted for three months. Its now September 2018 and I’m feeling very off. I’ve had severe nausea, headache, and back pains. My breasts felt sore yesterday but are fine today. I spotted three days ago brown blood only when I wiped.

I dont know my cycle well as this is new for me. Should I take a test or is it impossible for me to conceive?
