Will this be ok?

I’ve been eating really healthy and counting my calories for a month now. I’ve been going to the gym and losing weight and I feel good about myself. Today I worked out for an hour and I’ve eaten in my calorie budget. I’m really really craving some Instant Ramen lol. It’s only 190 calories but obviously doesn’t haven’t the best sodium & carb count or nutritional value. If this fits my calories is it okay to have? Or will it hurt my progress? Sorry im new to all of this 😭
