Will cranberry juice do anything for your vagina?

Just wondering bc I drink it every day and my friend told me it does

Cranberries are said to be good for vaginal health since it contains acidic properties and antioxidants that are known to fight bacteria that could line your bladder, causing UTIs. But even the research on that is spotty and they’ve recently come out with studies showing it may not even be true. 
ANDDDDD drinking a shit ton of cranberry juice that’s full of sugar is really counterintuitive since excess sugar can cause yeast infections. 
If you are wanting to have cranberries for the vitamin K, C and E then go for it, but not too much and don’t do it because you think it has any major impact on your vagina.

I just read a study about this. The juice of the cranberry doesn't help much. It's just mostly sugar. The study said eating dried cranberries is much better if you are wanting it for bladder/vaginal health. I take a probiotic that has concentrated cranberry in it. That will do so much more than juice.

It’s REALLY good if you’re prone to UTI’s other than that I’m not sure 🤷🏽‍♀️

It helps your bladder and kidneys and urinary tract but I'm not sure it does anything for the vagina itself
